I suggest that people to SAY the words, " I do not support Diversity, Equity and Inclusion" rather than " I don't support DEI". Acronyms take power out of words. Say the words as you pray. "Jesus, I don't support Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
Ponder that. Think on that as you speak the words while praying.
This was a comment on a post I saw. My heart sank as I read these words realizing so many people are cheering for the end of DEI. It’s not ok. Saying the words are so much more powerful than just the letters. Ask yourself this serious question….would Jesus say he didn’t support diversity, equity and inclusion? Be honest! Now look at yourself and ask are you like Jesus if you proclaim to be a Christian. Jesus was all about DEI, that was his message. How can you call yourself a Christian, say you follow Jesus’ teachings, yet condone what we see happening. Help me understand!
